FAQ

  • I got Covid or my partner got Covid. Can I postpone my tickets?
    If you are tested positive for Covid-19 or have to serve SHN/QO, we will not be able to refund or exchange for another date. We can assist on a transfer if you wish to pass it on to someone else. Alternatively, if you wish make a re-booking, we can offer a rate of $70 per person, to cover cost instead of the full ticket amount. For transfers, kindly contact us at hello@andsoforth.com.sg with the following details: Name: Contact Number: Email Address: Dietary Restrictions *ticket exchanges and re-bookings are subject to availability
  • Where is Wonderland Upside Down located at?
    The location is a secret. It will be revealed 24 hours before the workshop via email.


  • How long is the entire experience?
    It is about 120 minutes.
  • Is there a dress code for the experience?
    Yes! But only if you want to. Dress up in Victorian Punk or as Alice or as whatever you feel like wearing, its Wonderland, all are welcome here!
  • Can I bring my own alcohol to the experience?

    Unfortunately, Wonderland has NO BYOB (Bring Your Own Booze). Your dinner does include 1 alcoholic welcome drink. You can choose to add on drinks from our wonderland inspired crafted menu which is promised to surprise, intrigue and blow your mind full of wonderful narrative driven creations.
  • I bought tickets but I am unable to make it. Can I pass it on to my friend?

    Yes, we can assist you on transfers to a friend. Kindly email: hello@andsoforth.com.sg

  • Is the experience suitable for children?
    Sundays are Family Friendly and toned down a little to suit children, the minimum age requirement will be 6 years. Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday are meant for ages 18 and above. Do take note that we do not provide kid meals and they will still require a ticket but we are able to accommodate their dietary needs. (We can accomodate ages 13 and above for these slots, however, no alcohol will be served to underaged persons.)
  • Can I bring Elderly Guests?
    Guests would need to climb stairs up and down but during the experience, if guests are unable to climb/crawl between rooms we do have alternative service routes for them to use.
  • Large Group and Corporate Bookings?
    At Wonderland, we are able to accommodate 20 people per time slot. For larger groups, we normally would recommend splitting into groups and entering in at time slots one after another. Do drop us an email at hello@andsoforth.com.sg for more information.
  • Is there parking in the building itself?


    There are no parking spots in the building, but there are available parking areas within a 5 minute walk.
  • I have Dietary Restrictions, can Wonderland accommodate me?​
    When making your booking, do state your partner's and your dietary restrictions in the [Dietary Restrictions] comments box (Vegan, Pescatarian, No Pork, Gluten Free, etc). The team will do their best to accommodate.
  • It’s my birthday! Can I bring my own birthday cake?
    We do have a cake corkage which allows you to bring 1 cake and we will provide the necessary cake cutting materials. Consumption of outside food and drinks is not allowed, but a mini celebration will be arranged.
  • I bought tickets but I am unable to make it. Can I get a refund?

    Bookings LESS than 3 weeks away:

 Tickets sold are strictly non-refundable and non exchangeable. However, we can assist with transferring tickets that are 3 weeks away from attendance date. If you wish to pass it on to someone else, kindly contact us at hello@andsoforth.com.sg with the following details:

 Alternatively, if you wish to make a re-booking, we can offer a rate of $70 per person, just to cover cost instead of the full ticket amount.
 

 ​ Bookings MORE than 3 weeks away:

 Tickets sold are strictly non-refundable and non exchangeable. An exception can be made for date exchanges, for tickets that are more than 3 weeks away. An admin fee of $20 is required.

 *ticket exchanges and re-bookings are subject to availability


  • I have a credit voucher code but it does not work. What can I do?
    Do drop us an email at hello@andsoforth.com.sg and we will assist in your booking from there.



  • I have a booking but have not received the location details.
    Location details are sent via email a day prior to your reservation. Do check your spam/junk mail folder too.
  • Are we Halal - Certified?
    We are not Halal - Certified but we do have No Pork/Lard, No Alcohol & Pescatarian Options.
  • When do we operate?
    We operate on Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Dinners and Sunday Brunches weekly.
